Senex Legio (SENX) is a growing 0.0 corporation with a cozy little home in Pure Blind. We have sov. in a number of systems, and we own our own station. We're a group of older, like minded gamers that realize real life > eve life and that 'stuff' happens. Cats catch on fire, your significant other insists it's time to go, you run out beer. Stuff happens.. And it's O.K.

We are a (generally) mature organization, and most of us are 30+. Many have families, etc., that sometimes take our attention back into real life (huh?). Our forums and comms are generally family friendly, but no guarantees when we team up with our allies, of course.

We are allies of Wildly Inappropriate and hang out with the Deklein and Pure Blind Coalitions. What does this mean for you? Hostiles within a few jumps, capital engagements, fleet battles, small roams....you name it, we are in it. The only Trit we mine is off other peoples hulls. Good times are being had by all. As an added bonus we have all the nasties of EVE around us. Pandemic Legion, NC., Evoke and Russians. Germans and Russians....its WWII all over again! You know how that ended. You can be part of a corp that puts you into some of the best action EVE has to offer.

We are a founding member of Get off My Lawn (LAWN). The corps in LAWN are mostly exclusive to mature players. No longer to you have to listen to an FC whose voice cracks as he croaks out his limited vocabulary. No longer must you put up with their teenage angst.


What does SENX offer you as a pilot?

-A good group of mature gamers to hang out with.
-Daily PvP operations. Sometimes, this is 10 pilots having a roam, while other times its 100+ shooting something.
-An environment where you can learn much from us, and we can learn from you. Everyone has something to share.
-Groups of long time 0.0 pilots to fly with.
-Various Isk making operations.

A drama and blame free environment. Leave your e-peen (they made me write this word...I am too old to know what it means) at the door and bring your biggest autocannon (or other annihilation device).

We have TS3, Killboard and Active forums.

A well organized and stable corporation/alliance (if you have been around, you know how rare that is).

Requirements
===============

6 Million Skillpoints (rare, but lower on a per applicant basis), age 23 or over.

A team player willing to play with and for the corporation. Here is the catch. Please do not apply if you are not able/willing to regularly participate in LAWN operations. Too many people apply with the best of intentions, and we never see them in fleet. So, please do not apply unless you are reasonably certain that you can/will participate. We are a pvp corporation after all, and need everyone's help in order to succeed.

You must be willing to use TS during fleet ops.

You must have 7 cats, 3 dogs, 9 children, a sail boat, and a degree in hydrodynamic engineering. Or, maybe just the 3 dogs.

Hello everyone,

As a new member, I wish to share with potential recruits my first few moments after my arrival in Senex Legio and LAWN.

Within 30 minutes I was accepted in the corp, and with the help of my new corp mates, I was in 0.0… 15 minutes later I was in my first fleet with one of the very good Senex Legio FC. We chased around some unwanted off our LAWN! An hour after being accepted in corp, I had my first 2 kill with them! Come get some!

I want to add more on my first days in Senex and LAWN… They are well organized. Within minutes I had in my hand what I needed to navigate their space, I had the info to log in into Teamspeak, and had what I needed to start the process of having my stuff jumped to the region of 0.0 we are based.

What amazes me is the time zone coverage. Indeed, the alliance covers all of them. There are ops spread all over US and Euro time zone. I have days in my calendar that have 3 ops planned throughout the day.

Bump for pals.

I'm interested in checking out what all the rabblerabble is about with this 0.0 stuff, but I have been hesitant to approach anyone beause my RL schedule is insane. I work and go to school full time and the wife jealously guards what free time I do have but I find that at times I really just need to blow some **** up. What I'm looking for is to fly with some solid players who know what they're doing and aren't going to waste my time. My time is valuable to me, and if I can only spend 3 hours online on Saturday, I don't want to spend 2 hours of it waiting for stuff to start to happen.

I've got 22mil skillpoints and they're all in combat skills. Tried mining once, it wasn't for me. If you guys are interested let me know but if my RL craziness is too much for a 0.0 corp to put up with.. well let me know that too and I can adjust the bar on what I'm looking for accordingly.

Been having some great fun lately on deployment....Will update when possible.
