Ideally looking for a character with cruiser V in any faction other than Minmatar.

Would like core skills for the faction as well, I.E. energy weapons and armor for Amarr, shields and missiles for Caldari, drones and armor for Gallente.

Not looking for perfect anything, just a good base to continue training. I'd love an ishtar/gila pilot specifically.
