Rorqual buy orders in Jita 4-4 STN?

I'm sure this is a very stupid question but couldn't figure out the answer myself. I just noticed by chance that there are few buy orders for the Rorq in Jita which is fine if they were region wide orders, but they're not. They're station wide. How could possibly a rorq land in jita 4-4? Cannot enter highsec, cannot be hauled if repackaged, cannot be hauled assembled, cannot be built in 4-4 stn even assuming someone is so crazy to build a capital in a system that has 11.spare% of manufacturing index..... and there is someone who wants to buy 14 of them, in jita 4-4. WTF??? Shocked

I believe it's possible to get a capital in High Sec if a loss is reimbursed by CCP and your character is in station there.

That or there is an impending change that hasn't been made public yet @_@

I dunno about this particular case, but I used to place an order like that to store cash. Like a piggybank.

That at least makes some sense but why not buy plexes? I mean, whoever had 28 B (before margin trading) to invest into such an order should at least have heard the term "devaluation" before.

Yeah twenty something billion is a rather too big for a piggybank. In my case I was saving up for a BS when I was a noob but this doesn't seem to be the case as you say.
Maybe the money's some kinda deposit/collateral for some other deal?
Now, I'm curious, too.

Not sure I'd want to be paying 0.18-0.25% broker fees (depending upon your standings) for that.

There are other ways to store ISK in game that cost less.

They sell, just not to HIM. They sell to the suckers that overbid him. That looks like risk-free price manipulation to me, yummy.

More questionable is the person trying to buy a Rorqual to 1/10 of the going price. In Jita. He has his own challenges.

Look at the buy orders in Jita for Titans. Most of them are just joking around. If not, then it's probably from someone who doesn't know you cannot have caps in high sec.

Perhaps one or two people are posting the buy orders actually hoping they might get one.-
