Low Sec Data Site Spawning NPCs

Hey guys,

I just came back to Eve after a long time out and I was exploring in Low Sec. I was hacking a data site when I was attacked by NPCs. Last time I played NPCs didn't spawn in low sec so I wasn't really paying to much attention to anything but local.

Are NPCs spawning in relic/data sites now?

Sounds like you found a ghost site, which were recently changed to scannable data sites.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.
