conditions:
- must be able to fly a bc (shield tanked cane) fully t2 fitted
- inlince with CCP char sale rules

i pay 150m per 1m skillpoint (for example: for a 5m sp char I will offer ISK 750m)

what is not important:
- sec status
- kill rights
- remaps
- augmentations (implants)
etc....i don't care about this issues...
