Merry christmas all! I am looking for a starter character that meets the following requirements, my budget is 10-15b depend on SP and skills

- Excellent core skills
- No/minimal cross-training and no Caldari ship focus (missile skills are welcomed), I'd like that to be my own choice
- No cruise above skills
- Combat / Scanning only
- 2 remaps
- Preferably no employment history
