I'm truly loving this game.. spending massive amount of time in game and I must say the in game soundtrack is kinda soothing and sometimes hypnotic.

Wondering if CCP has any plans to build on its current soundtracks? A larger OST library is definitely welcomed and make the in game experience a better one.

Cause tbh... sometimes I fall back on Eve radio channels and Mass effect soundtracks on YouTube when I get bored listening to the limited repetitive , though nice music Eve offers.

Taking this opportunity to wish all Eve players a wonderful coming 2016.

The music is wonderful, isn't it?

Some of the music has been removed from the game over the years, I suggest you check out CCP's Soundcloud, there are lots of tracks you can download that aren't currently in the game.

There are also lots of remixes and EVE-related music created by the community out there, you can check those out here. I personally recommend Alienhand's work.

You'll have to play these in your own music player I think, I don't know how they can be added to the game itself. Maybe there's a way, I don't know.

Sure does. To hell with real world physics...I want to hear my ship's engines rumble to life and rounds and missiles downrange the size of a bus or house to actually sound like they slammed into the side of a small town-sized vessel at mach 50+. Some music is nice, too. Mind the noise.

I'm not sure if you're aware but there is now an option in the audio settings to override the new music system and play the classic EVE music instead.

I have been playing for a month now and completely agree, once I first hit that login button and heard the music in the background I felt immersed within the world of New Eden.

Eve has sound simply because New Eden is a fluid universe. This is all clearly explained in the Unified Theory of New Eden Physics which are a combination of War Kitten's Theory of Eve Online Space Gravy and UaE's Theory of Galactic Mashed Potatoes.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
