They do but keep in mind as soon as the Orca is "full" the links go offline and the fleet members are waiting for their commander in chief to return.



Or someone can be on Iteron duty emptying the Orca as it's filled. Or you can run two orca's. Several options for that.

It's funny, the last time I was on a mining operation, some dude kept scanning the rocks, then pasting the results in fleet chat, telling people which rocks to mine. It seemed to work perfectly well.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

DSTs work wonderfully for that.
