Username and password dosen't work

When i try to log in the singularity test server, my username and password don't work.
What should i do?

Did you change them on TQ? If yes, then try your old ones. The ones you had as the mirror was taken (a few months back?)

You both are old enough to be included in the current mirror. If above doesn't work, try posting in Singularity: Requests for account reactivation.

I did change my password, but none of them are working. I also posted a reactivation request on 2015-12-30.

Mr. Rip, it seems like there are a number of players (20 from my group) who also cant log in. Haven't seen any reports about problems, and of course, i tried... (no i didnt change any passwords)
