[WTB] 95M or Greater SP Character - Focus does NOT matter, just SP

After giving it a lot of thought, I am going ahead with my speculative offer to purchase a high SP character in anticipation of the TSP implementation sometime in the future.

My purchasing preference is simple, lowest ISK/SP. The minimum threshold is 95M SP (which is what I calculate my needs to thrust my characters where I want them to be) but superior offers below 95 will be entertained.

Please feel free to link your offer and buyout (and ISK/SP if you want to be helpful). If you have a 'kitchen sink' character and have had difficulty selling this might be your shot in offloading it. Will keep this open for a week.

Bump - Folks have been linking me things with ISK/SPs way over my threshold. So here are the parameters:

Preferring 250 ISK/SP (A 95M SP pilot would be 23.75B) - Obviously this is the kitchen sink of kitchen sink-iest characters.
MAXIMUM 300 ISK/SP (That same 95M SP pilot is 28.5B) - Still a kitchen sink type character.

Given that such chars seem to be few and far between and most are over 95B, my hard budget is 40B. If you're looking for more, don't bother linking me, please.
