Motivated Fleet commanders. There is a current void in this area. School of mabon has a large core of mining and industry players. However we do have many experienced PvP players in our ranks. Looking for a group to lead into battle? Willing participants will come out of the wood work if you show interest in leading a roam or setting up a gate camp. We at one point lived in null sec, so we are not all carebears and enjoy weekly roams with other corporations.
