Here is a serious question, how healthy is your budget (you too hate guessing games) ? How much over 150 mill sp you looking at and how badly do you need a highly skilled char?
There is one with 240 mill sp char already on a market for a ridiculously good price , why not him?

I have two additional amazing chars and I am considering selling one for beyond healthy budget price.
