I am looking for a minimal Amarr carrier/super sitter.

Things I need this char to be able to do:

-Sit in an amarr capital
-Cloak, (maybe)

Jump skills? Nah. Drones? Nah. If it can, great, but I dont need it. It just needs to sit there and look pretty.
