I will not consider the end of baiting with a cyno a loss of significant content. You sit barely paying attention until someone takes the bait and then call in your friends who were sitting well out of harms way also barely paying attention. Maybe it should be easy to see what you are doing when you are being this lazy.

I agree, and so are vampires. I'd revert the old vamp buff that put them at 40% of neut strength and put them back at 33% neut strength. Then I would shrink the capacitor margin on neut skills. At a cursory glance, you may think 25% less capacitor cost is a small difference, but consider that after they select a t2 neut (which has 20% stronger neuting for the same capacitor cost), they are neuting X amount of target's capacitor and spending only 0.625X capacitor to do it. This means that you can easily win a neut war by simply having the same size capacitor as your opponent and a bunch of neuts. It makes the cap cost reduction skill bonuses, rigs, etc. trivial.

This will put a skill 5 character with t2 neuts and no ship skill bonus at paying 70.83% of the capacitor they are neuting, significantly increasing the drawback without marginalizing the skill or nerfing the unskilled end of the equation.

I would be more inclined to nerf the module instead of the skill, so that having the skill itself is more important then simply being able to field T2.

EDIT: With that said I am neither supporting or against nerfing neuts at this point.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.
