Must have:
-T2 Small and Medium Turrets
-Heavy assaults 4
-Recons 4
-Skills for Sabre and Wolf
-Solid support skills (T2 Shield/Armor, Fitting etc.)

Corp management skills, Large T2 guns and BS skills would be a bonus. If the char is a little older (2008 or earlier) that would also be a bonus.

Budget: 3-6b

No 50% indy chars please. Only focused Minnie PVP. Looking forward to your offers.
