ORE kill marks

Greetings, I got a kill with my skiff earlier today, where I was the final blow on a catalyst, but I have not been able to find the kill mark for it on my ship. Have max settings on, got the final blow, so what gives?

Certain ships are known that dont have this feature implemented. I heard about T3s are behind with it, maybe same with best PVP barges - Procs and Skiffs.

You don't get killmarks for whoring on kills by Concorde.

Otherwise a few of my ships would have ALOT of killmarks!

They specified that whoring won't work, as in they said you need the killing blow. But I do have the killing blow. Did they talk about how if there is police involved it wouldn't count somewhere other than the dev blog or the forum thread? I didn't find anything about that anywhere.

Edit: spent about an hour or two reading through the dev blog and forum thread last night, there was no word of concord

If memory serves, when illegally attacked in Empire (without flags or wardecs involved) you always get the final blow even though CONCORD do the removal of the idiot. That's if you aggro at all.
My first final blow was when a rifter attacked my Thrasher in 0.5 space. He was destroyed by cops and i wondered for years why he would have attacked me that way.
Just the other day i chased a venture out of lowsec into high, camped station, chased him through a gate into low, to another gate, he docked, but wait! D-scan showed a tristan at a belt! Warp to zero, there he was! AHAH hahhh die die die.
Cops everywhere, whoops that's right, 0.5.
Now i know, the circle is complete.

Ditto. Spent too long in Null, came to highsec, left the idiot button "red", aggroed a Cerberus in a site (was trying...and succeeded thanks to Konkordukken...to steal a mission item) and briefly wondered how he could have all that EWAR ona cerb. Then poof.

I realized it was Concord by the overpowering smell of jelly donuts. ::facepalm::

I've got two cutiemarks on my procurer :)

They exist for the proc as well as the skiff, look at the right front of the ship

I engaged a CCP dev on reddit about EXACTLY this case ...
... where people will pull fake pride from kills that aren't theirs.

He said they did not have plans to alter restrictions, but I guess they changed something.
