My personal preference (because I am too mean to buy ammo) is the Dominix and sentry drones. Micro-jump out a hundred k or so, let the drones earn their keep. This is not a signature.

Ignore him. You can only really win at PVP if you fly the flashiest, most expensively-fitted ships. It's a literal 'I WIN' button for EVE!
