I find it very important for a player to know the sec status of each system he is gong to jump into. Right now we have to create waypoints and check on destination route teh sistem sec status we are goign to go .

My ideea , as a wandering player , is to make the little triangles in the stargate brackets colored with the security status of the system they lead in . This would prevent people to jump into low sec w/o knowing or viceversa , sec standing pilots jumping into high sec .

Thank you .. any feedback is apreciated

Accidental jumps into lowsec or null is exciting and creates omg moments - for that and because lemmings are awesome and funny I have to say no ......keep awake 😁 or get exploded

Btw how hard is it actually to check the sec status of your destination as its on the same screen as your ship ?

if you're roaming without destination, I think I'd support this -
green for HS, orange for ls, red for null

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it WILL be.

There's this thing, we'll call it a "map" for convienence sake. This "map" can be configured to display quite a bit of information. Oddly enough, one of tue bits of information this "map" can display is the security status of systems.

Actually, yes, I do travel with the new map open. It's easily resized for placement on the screen, and I can also easily close it if I need to free the distraction.

Your apparent inability to use the provided tools does not make compelling argument to add more tools.

Or you can just click on the "Info" button on the gate, then the "System info" button in the gate info.
