This isn't specific to the fixes you guys are putting in now but it's something you might want to look at as well - back when the agent division update came out all of the COSMOS event agents stopped showing the standing required to use them. It's now trial and error to figure out what standing level you need (and whether it's raw standing, or adjusted standing) as some of them adhere to the new standard (5.0 standing to use level 4, etc) and other require old thresholds.

Can I just right-click the notification popup itself? I don't see why should I need the extra step of dragging it somewhere and pointlessly spamming some chat window.

yeah it's two "features"

you can right click it, or drag it to chat

IMHO the problem with overloading was not that it wasn't accessible (christ, SHIFT + F1 is not so complicated) but that there were a lot of people who still cannot use shorcuts properly.

If you feel that SHIFT+CLICK MODULE is better than SHIFT+Fn then you could be surprised by the magic world of shortcuts.
Perhaps the usage of shortcuts should be emphasised and recommended in the turorials?

    I feel very happy about these changes. No more clicking the overload button and wondering if I got it right or if I missed, just shift-click.. done...simply wonderful.

    Thank you BFF.

    While I like what you're trying to do here, I find the implementation rather confusing, to say the least. As I understand it, the intention is that the overload bar above the module should 'flash' when it's active and in one state but will switch to the other on the next cycle. However, I've had it flashing for extended periods of time with the module inactive, and am not sure what that's supposed to signify. I've also found that sometimes, attempting to activate a module simply toggles the flashing on and off rather than switching guns on...

    edit: OK, I think I've isolated the problem. If you have a heated module cycling and deactivate it while it's still heated, the overload bar continues to flash indefinitely until the module is actually heated again, even if the module is reactivated. The only way to fix it is to run the module heated for one cycle, then switch off the heat and run it for one 'normal' cycle before deactivating it, at which point it stops flashing as expected.

    Thanks we'll take a look at it tomorrow morning if it hasn't already been fixed.

    I am not able to reproduce this however I did fix related bug last week. The repro steps were
    * Overload 1 module
    * Overload the rack
    * Stop overloading the rack
    * Notice that the module overloaded in the first step keeps blinking.

    Wow so many fixes in so short a time, well done team BFF.

    A couple of things I found testing this morning.
    The ‘Science and Industry’ window when opened and used to view a planet used to ‘dock’ at the bottom left of the screen when minimised now it closes back to the Neocom bar. Just a minor inconvenience as it was quicker to click when at the bottom to reopen it then to wait while the Neocom slides open then click the icon to reopen it.

    When trying to adjust the level of my mike while in Eve Voice I tried to drag the slider to the left to turn the level down and the Esc menu locked up completely. The only way out was to exit the game back to the desktop.

    Other than that some really good mods and fixes.

    I love all of those changes!

    While you're at the watchlist, could you make it so that left-clicking an entry selects the characters ship? Like clicking the bracket in space makes it show up in the "selected object" window? Some more rightclick options would be awesome too!
