WTB: PvE/PvP Combat 50mil+ sp (subcap)

I am seeking a neat and tidy combat character over 50mil sp. Characters with more than a million sp in science skills will be scrutinized. Characters who can fly exhumers will be blatantly disregarded. A few points in trade or something else benign will not be held against you, but I would prefer the character be entirely focused on combat. Finally, please do not offer capital ship characters. I have an alt for that already, thanks.

Budget is negotiable, but my ceiling is around 30bil.
