Activate Wormhole hotkey

If this is the wrong forum, or this has been asked numerous times, I am sorry. Searched google, searched forums, searched youtube, etc. Found nothing.

Am I missing something obvious? Is there no hotkey for "Enter Wormhole"? I have eliminated my overview control (valuable screen space) and adopted 100% hotkey use. Activate Gate, Dock, Jump, hot key does not apply to wormholes. :( Right clicking the drop down in a fight is no bueno.

Is there a reason why activating wormholes is not bound to the jump hotkey? Is it crazy to suggest such a thing?

Thanks for your time.

Affirmative. It is the first thing I did before starting my search. Seems odd there wouldnt be one.

For the time being, I have resorted back to the overview control box while working in WH's.

100% hotkey use? you poor bast@rd...
Do you actually play without an overview? i mean, being able to select nearby ships from space is technically possible.... i guess....
TBH, the overview is more or less the single most important and useful thing in EVE and you should use it.
By contrast, free screen space is almost completely useless.

joystick??? in my experience, shortcut keys like jump/dock aren't always reliable.

Well, its not a joystick, per se. I fly with my PS4 steering wheel. It's why I am so good at this game.

I think corpse value is relative.

How much would you pay for my Jester corpse?

But if my corpse is not me once I enter a new clone, how can anyone else's corpse actually be them?
How then can you take ownership of someones corpse that in essence is not them?
How do we place a value on a name?
How do we place value? That is a better question.

This corpse is priceless.

Sit down n' get comfy, Mr Vashar. Dim the lights n' let Aunty Banana tell you .... a story.

Aeons ago there was a wormhole thread. I can't remember it's topic, irrelevant anyway in this subforum, needless to say eventually the topic became Herrbert and his old wormhole video series "Interview at the sun".

Boss expressed her love of the old series and suggested Bert do a redux episode for old times sake. Jester just so happened to be shitting up the thread at the time so Boss suggested Bert n' Jester do an interview while 1v1'ing at the sun. Both parties in Drakes, two wormhole legends turned wormhole traitors talking about wormhole treachery while trying to kill one another live for the home audience. The idea was accepted and a short time later bookmarks contracted to Horizon, the traditional wormhole home of the Dusette family and the location where this epic clash of titans would occur...

The parties met at the sun in Horizon. The battle was joined, Mr Vashar, fireworks and HAMs flying everywhere as Jester n' Bert dodged the mobile depots placed throughout the arena with sponsored names. Meanwhile Boss circled in her Crow like a feminine vulture wh*ring onto the flailing rabbits below. Meanwhile we all sat on comms laughi...uhh, I mean interviewing.

And then it happened....

Bert's hull tanked Drake exploded in a brilliant flash of light having been overwhelmed by Jester's armour Drake.

I screamed inside my capsule. Bubbles of denial rising up through the thick, green fluid.

Jester's cocky elation spewed forth like a Retriever pilot who'd just survived a suicide gank attempt. Herrbert warped his pod out, and I decided that now was the time.... Boss did say prior to filming that regardless who won Jester wouldn't be leaving alive...

Decloaking in my PROTEUS beside Jester's Drake I immediately started kicking his face in. Boss joined in on this honorable third party action and the Drake melted like my heart often does to a strapping Brutor. I still remember Jester's screams...

"Holy **** that Proteus really hurts!"

That's right kids. And as the Drake imploded Boss didn't waste a minute pointing Jester's pod in her sensor boosted, fireworks launching Crow specifically fitted for Dishonor Partying. I tagged on with my point, Mr Vashar ... the drool pouring from between my darkly glossed lips to mix with my pod goo as I watched Boss slowly murder Jester's capsule with her one light missile launcher.

And it was done.

With filming over our guests departed - Herrbert via highsex and Jester dead in my cargo hold.

We took his corpse back to Iso5's home of Aurora (Previously Atlas), where we had it thawed, gutted and a synth-skin applied before having it dressed in the latest fashions. Boss had it put on display in our Pos tower's foyer with the other special corpses that greet our guests. Due to Jester's small size though we were forced to use a large tritanium pole inserted from below to hold him in place beside the real wormholers he stood with.

Everyday since I throw it a wink as I walk past to board my ship.

The end.

Mhm... It's alright. It's just a story. I can smell your fear ... or maybe that's just Jack's body odour in the post above me.

Now finish your hot chocolate and stop squeezing my leg so hard, Mr Vashar. It's bedtime.

There's a second corpse in a WH somewhere in a safe in an anchored can that has a password that only HTDIRaver knows.

Those're the only two corpses that I know of that're floating around.
