Strange issiue on "select character" screen. My skill points are "stuck" below 50 (49 an so) mil on the view. In game SP are alright (over 51 mil).

It would also be nice if they were enabled in overview by default. Had quite a bit of amusement arriving on a site trying to chase them down with mouse clicks in space

This is intended. We wanted to cut out the wrecks and just drop one important loot container.

Apparently all former meta 4 neuts got converted to the compact neuts and not scoped ones. Which seems wrong as the old unstable neuts share the same stats as the new scoped and NOT as the compact.

I hope thats a mistake otherwise you turned the best performing neuts in the least performing ones. Roll

With the module tiericide initiative we are slowly phasing out the relevance of the level 1-4 meta levels. Instead, meta level modules will be almost identical to their tech 1 counterparts, with one or two improvements (and will all be simply meta 1). If you compare the stats of the Tech 1, Scoped and Compact versions of these modules, you will see that the compact has a lower cpu usage and activation cost, the scoped has an increased range and both have a higher neut value than the tech I. In all other ways they are identical. Both are viable options depending on your situation. Obviously it may take time for the market to reflect these changes, but you may find the value of the items changing as this becomes clearer to everyone.

TL:DR: Because the module has gone from meta 4 to meta 1 has no bearing on its quality going forward. We are phasing out the use of meta 1-4 to indicate quality, instead meta variants will usually give you a single unique benefit over their T1 counterparts.

CCP Turtlepower what about pirate LP stores, when they will be rebalanced , why we cannot have all faction stuff in them like in other stores? It was ages since they where touched.

On the Warp Disruption Fields re balance thread , there was a statement that both sansha and concord version will drop and be available in LP store , yet sansha item was not created in the lp store.

I am getting mouse control issues since today's patch.

Can't zoom in / out or rotate my ship in space.
Plus can't get clicks to work without first selecting the game from the task bar, even if it is the frontmost window.

Windowed mode on PC, Win 7.

December 1.1

Aw man, still no shield continuous booster / hardener effects :(
Space still looks awful with color banding, compression blocks and general blurry'ness. (probably due to new lighting settings, it's set too high by default)
MWD/AB still sounds like scooters in space.
Ships are ignoring lighting? They look like legos again. (probably due to new lighting settings, it's set too high by default)

Sounds are sort of fixed. Zooming in/out will increase/lower volume.
Docking at stations will now blast your ears to bits. Seriously. Take care not to put the volume too high.

Would really appreciate the camera settings not resetting every time I dock.

Also new faction frigate BPC or rather the lack of. Intentional or oversight?

I was flying through systems with the map open (Ctrl-F10) rather than looking at the star background. This seems to cause multiple issues when jumping through gates now. Either I get stuck while jumping through a gate, or the camera rotation gets stuck, or the map won't update, and stars on the map can no longer be right-click (i.e. to add them to the route) etc.. Seems pretty horrible.

Edit: Ran repair.exe and rescache.exe, but found no issues.

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

While other turret tracking disruptors have been renamed and their attributes changed somewhat, I don't see any mention of the heavy nerf to the strength of " 'Investor' Tracking Disruptor I" in patchnotes or any devblog/thread in F&I (attribute changes to turret tracking disruptors weren't announced at all if I'm not mistaken).

-17.19% now vs -17.73% before patch may not look like much but combined with a bonused ship, max skills, a perfect fleet booster and heat it makes a huge difference, especially in the scenario that it's being used in by the Anti-ganking community. Did this change slip through unintentionally?

Just encase it hasn't been mentioned but there are a number of bugs with the Dscan

1. When you use the numeric pad to type in ranges, the filters change
2. 90% (not always) when undocking/jumping the cameras centering will be changed to off center

I also don't like that the AU increments at 0.001, it's not useful in the slightest. 0.1AU was better as anything below those ranges you tend to just switch to KM (as that is what the overview does).

Shift+clicking to open a specific hold both ship wise and with POS moduls isn't working anymore.
says something about click to select?

work around:

right click and use the drop down menu for it.

This is where I put my signature, right?

That is because it has no market history.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

I don't have any info on the pirate LP stores.
The Sansha WDFGs are available only as loot, not in any LP store.

I noticed as much.
Still in Q:A from CCP Larrikin , we have info:
Quote:
Q: Where will we get the new meta and faction modules?!
A: Meta modules will drop from NPCs like current meta modules. The Faction modules will drop & be in LP stores like current Sansha and CONCORD modules.

Probably miscommunication, but there is a big difference in AND(&) and OR.
Many people assumed that both modules will drop AND be in LP stores.

Do you think that i am naive , for asking to actually to add one to loot table and second to Lp store?

Pirate LP stores are just to get implants and dread ammo - this is not healthy.

Shift + click to open my ship ore hold in space doesn't work any more. It only works when docked. The menu says shift click should work when you right click the ore hold.

The minimum increment on the directional scanner range slider is now 0.001, it used to be 0.1.

0.1 was useful because it was possible to d-scan the entrance of a faction warfare plex from inside. 0.001 AU is 149,597 km and FW beacons can be further away from the entrance than that. Using 1AU is not an alternative because plexes often spawn within 1 AU of each other so you cannot be sure you are d-scanning the entrance of the one you're sitting in.

Is this an intentional change? I cannot see any documentation on it anywhere and it has affected the (pretty common) use case I outlined above. Yes I could type 0.1 into the range box, but that takes more time and for some reason when I type a number in there it thinks I have changed the filter I want to use.

This should only work if the distributor is wired correctly IE. 1 - 8 - 4 - 3 - 6 - 5 - 7 - 2 (for most regular rotation V-8 engines) if its not in that order, you'll have a misfire issue.

well if tracking really does disturb the gun that much, i know of a good space psychologist who might help the gun learn to not let tracking disturb them that much.

just saying

ok, now for the serious stuff; where did you get the idea that tracking disruption was supposed to "stop ganks"?
that is not, and never has been the intent.
