Launcher fails to update and fails to complete download. Repair tool wont repair. Clearing cache doesn't work, re-installing launcher doesn't work. Firewalls not a issue, has anybody got a work-around? (OS = WIN 7).

In station, when I view a planet, when I Exit Planet Mode I see just a black image instead of the static image of the station with my ship (menus display ok). Workaround: exit station, then dock back in.

was warping from station to a red light district and the rats in room 1 shows up on overview for 1-2 sec mid warp. Had to warp out to do some repair apprently the rats specially the overseer in room 1 hits out to 138 km, never seen it do that before. When warping back to first rail, the rats in room 1 once again shows up mid warp on overview.

Did something change with how shield works normaly I tank pretty good in room 1, but today shield were gone in like 30 sec-1min, and like said getting hit at out to 138 km?

Everything else in the internet is working fine only the downloads from eve online seem affected. Tried downloading the beta launcher but that download doest even come past 120kb before it stalls.


Having problems in this area also. Update took over an hour to download. Now when I start the launcher it takes 10 minutes to load and be ready to launch. Had this problem earlier for about 7 days, then it ran normally for about 3 days till the update. Now its doing it again after the update. Saw other people in the forums with this problem and no answers from CCP. The in game resources are also taking a long time to load. And yes I ran the repair program and cleared the cache

Have tried to download the beta launcher and it loads at around 14KB/sec then keeps getting interrupted. Haven't gotten it past 1%
as of my 10th try. All other internet connections work fine.

Update: after waiting over 10 mins for the launcher to load... I hit play........took 5 min for the game window to pop up......now I'm staring at a black screen for the last 5 min and watching the little circle spin round and round waiting for the character screen to come up. Now 9 mins and I have a picture....WOW I'm finally in game. Now if I could only download the beta launcher.....

When anchoring things in POS they are now completely free move, that's nice but then it reaches a point when everything is disaligned and is messing with my OCD really bad :/

Is there a way or new control settings for going back to the old anchoring grid?

Daredevils are not displaying killmarks. It has been reported that the same issue is happening with breachers and confessors by my pirate buddies.

Please roll back the camera depth of field. Your star background is not high resolution enough to look good at zoom.

I never thought it would be something like this that could cause me to quit EvE.

I loved the way eve spaced looked. Now its a zoomed mess of low res stars..

Two lists for today's update to the Issues thread.

Bugs:
1. Audio to things like turrets, strip miners, (sound in general) is off kilter.
2. The 'black screen' upon first undock of a session has grown in it's 'timer'. Seriously, the points of lag from things like undocking, opening Regional Market, Contracts, Industry Window, Fitting Window, etc., is getting infuriating. As a game that sometimes relies on split second response to activities, this Does Not Help.
3. Why does the background 'space' look so pixellated and out of depth? Looks rather grungy and low rent.

Still Missing From Game:
1. Return of flavor text to Region descriptions.
2. Customizable Icon choices.
3. Expansion on racial mission choices.
4. Hek, expansion on mission choices overall!
5. If checked, number 1-4 are promises made by CCP over the last year and a half. I'm sure more note taking customers can remember more than my poor blonde brains do as I type.

Not bothering to type the same bugs already admitted to in the first page. Too lazy today!

T2 logistics cruiser fits seem to have survived the changes to remote rep module fairly well, but T1 logistic cruiser fits have not. Every single T1 logistic cruiser fit in my possession either didn't fit or had become drastically cap-unstable after the changes. Looks like further balancing is required.

Note: This would have been an excellent time to rebalance T2 logi cruisers so that they used cruiser sized reps instead of battleship modules. I know they've only ever used large reps, but "historical reasons" is a poor argument. To quote from a recent dev blog... "Just because something is, doesn't mean it should be".

The Nugoeihuvi skin for the Caracal seems to have been changed to a dirty looking red, similar to the Raata Sunset skin.

Previous to this update it was a glorious combination of red geometric shapes, similar to the old Dazzle Ships of WWII.

Please change it back!

i would definitely be in favour of medium reps for cruisers and larges for BS RR only, i would like too see more falloff and less optimal built into the base rep range and tone down all logi range bonuses especially reduce any optimal range bonuses.

optimal is definitely too strong on armour logi, especially in comparison too shield logi

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

Nerf web strength, Make the blaster Eagle worth using

Yes! Its the first thing I noticed when logging in, I KNEW something was amiss and you two have confirmed this. CCP please return the depth of field to what it was, I adore you previous background but now its a fuzzy, blurry, zoomed in mess. It really does not match up well with the details of ships, stations and lighting effects, all the visual hard work is being ruined.

Sound, yes, also out of whack, I could be 100km out from my target but I still hear for example, my cruisey 2s launchers fire.

The sound level doesn't reduce when you zoom out as it did previously - this had a use case when having multiple clients opened, allowing you to focus on one whilst having sound up on others.

Kill marks don't change if you swap ships of the same class.

Ex. I'm sitting in a Skiff with one killmark (go me) . If I swap into any of my other 4 skiff it also shows the killmark. I have to swap into a different ship and bounce between them to find the one that actually has it. Disappears upon undock if the ship doesnt actually have one. Only in station.

Also, upon undocking and redocking, I switched into a prospect, swapped back to the Skiff but still shows me in the Prospect model

Didn't know if it got reported or not, but mouse left-click command is acting weird; if I mouse over empty space, for instance, then left click, then while the left mouse button is depressed, hover the mouse over an object, the object gets selected.

Sounds silly, but it already beginning to annoy the **** out of me. I keep selecting my own ship or stations without actually intending to. I've already accidentally warped to the wrong thing twice because it keeps selecting something else.

Also, background (nebulae) detail seems to have diminished quite a bit. Even on smaller screens, it's looks badly textured. And, kind of a personal preference, the star density seems really low too -- looks like we are viewing Eve from Earth atmosphere in a city.

I've never seen such a massive difference in the fitting window vs space. That's pretty crazy.

Game does not work anymore.
It used to run better in Ubuntu using Wine than it did on Windows ... until this patch.
I'd love to try out the new logistics changes, but as it stands, the game is unplayable for me.
