Unfortunately, unless CCP allows SP accumulation at the maximum rate of perfect remap and +5 implants, we're going to end up with dozens to hundreds of whine threads demanding that attributes be brought back.

Then again, even with max SP accumulation, we're still probably going to end up with those threads. Evil
