Hi!
We are planning a mass test for Operation Frostline on Singularity on Friday, December 4th, at 17:00 UTC (EVE time)!

What exactly is being tested?
Visual Damage System defect fixes and performance.

How to connect to Singularity for this test:

Read the Instructions at http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Singularity and read general instructions about mass tests at http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Mass_testing.
Join the in-game channel "MassTesting"


Test steps:

  • Meet in FD-MLJ at X-BV98 gate
  • Fleet X: Jump to X-BV98 and setup gate camp
  • Fleet W: Jump to X-BV98 + fight at the gate
  • All: Observe shiny new damage effects.
  • All: Verify there are no erroneous firing effects being drawn to your ship when you aren't being shot.



What else should I know?


  • Use the command /moveme to be moved to the start system FD-MLJ
  • Bring many different ships, but preferably fleet ships.
  • 2M Skill points will be awarded on Singularity for this mass test

In system, off grid, I averaged 24 fps. During fight, I would be around 7 fps with lows hitting 5. Singularity I only have set to single monitor however.

Exception was when my ship was destroyed, I dropped down below 1 fps and very slow response rate for an extended period of time.

Lastly, a bug with brackets. Bug report filed during yesterday's mass test.

Will missing this masstest deduce 2mil sp off the next mirror's free SP pool as it was rather short notice.
