That pose/dress combination is getting a little old. On this page alone there are 3 avatars with the same dress and pose.

The only exception of the three is Aimee, who I feel made a clever use of that pose in combination with her facial expression, giving an all around "ewww" vibe.

The colors are simple and work good. The character itself is pretty. This hairstyle is - sadly - always a clipping mess.
