WTB Capital Pilot (Archon, Thanny, Moros Preferred)

I am looking to buy a good Cap pilot. I am selling another toon, looking to buy a new pilot within a week or 2. Please post links and desired price.

I am Willing to perfect the character but must already have the following:
-Good Drone support skills (at least fighters 1)
-Good Gunnery support skills
-Good Engineering & Nav Skills
-Good Armor and Shield Skills
-Be Capital Capable now (can train the extra skills, but must be able to fly a Thanatos, Archon, or Moros immediately)

The following are a plus:
-Relatively Clean or positive Killboard
-Relatively clean Employment History
-If you have both fighters and capital hybrids trained

The following will hurt the bid
-Excessive SP in Resource Processing, PI, Industry, Science, and mining skills

I am willing to spend 20-50 Bill or more based on SP, focus of skills, and other considerations. If the character is out of this world will consider spending more,

Good support skills
Good drones skills -> to skill thanatos after
