Beta EVELauncher doesn't start

Any ideas why Beta Launcher can't start, it shows in task manager but thats all. i Have a backup EveLauncher-968307 and it works but after updating stucks.

tried admin, reinstaling client, clearing all data from pc

i have switchable graphics amd and theres some new QtWebEngine

There is a specific Dev thread on the new Beta launcher.
I think you would stand a better chance getting an answer and possible remedy from CCP then by opening another thread on the same subject.

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......
