Glitches since Parallax

Well I have definitely noticed a big difference since the release of Parallax.

1. Capacitor dissapears
2. keeps telling modules are offline when they are not. EVERY FRIGGING TIME I JUMP!!!!!!
3. MASS Disconnects.
4. Drones auto deagress.

I'm just wondering if these are being worked on or are these just new features to the game?

Turrets offline when I load fittings onto a new ship from a saved ship fitting. Happens every time.
