Why are we recruiting?

Despite being an effective force against larger numbers (a quality we will continue to possess and use) we need a bump in numbers to be able to exert ourselves on a few larger entities in the area we are currently inhabiting. We prefer not to use batphones unless entirely necessary, and enjoy the regular company of like minded dank individuals over a group of friendlies dropping and then leaving. Furthermore fresh eyes on our activities can only lead to a more efficient and well oiled operation.

What do we want from you?

• Your corporation must have a minimum of 15 active individuals - We are looking for all TZ's


• We're not looking for new players, we want experienced people who don't need their hands holding. That being said if you have a bunch of newbros in your corp we may still want you assuming they're able to learn, use initiative and aren't special snowflakes


• Although we have people taking out fleets of all shapes and sizes, we do have some doctrines that are completely necessitous to have ready. The backbone fleets require Macharials Guardians Bhaalgorns. We are moving to using Sacrileges and armor T3's more than we used to so those are helpful too. We make use of capitals regularly so having dreads/triage is a huge asset - Blops is becoming like a super dank thing so blops are also tasty (JDC V or IV Whilst V is being trained)


• A good attitude - having a sense of humour is a requirement, don't be offended easily etc etc etc but also be interested in progression within EVE whether that is towards FCing your own fleets or becoming a null trade mastermind, we can offer knowledge in the right direction


• ISK Self-Sufficiency - We are in the process of developing our own SRP programme although this is a month or 2 away from full implementation. Your members will be expected to provide their own ships and replace lost ones. Within reason. Some ships are given out but don't rely on this. There are plenty of opportunities locally to make isk through WH's, plexes and PI - we have some complete nerds who will be willing to shed some advice out should you need it.
