Socket Closed

Anyone else getting socket closed messages. Twice it has happened today, and a couple times yesterday. One of these days, it is going to get me killed.

Oh, btw, the website does not work either when the socket closed message appears. Can't just be me, because i see local get cut in half each time.

If the drops have been server related then you can petition for reimbursement.

I haven't seen an explanation, so they might not have been something wrong with the server, but doesn't hurt to raise a ticket and ask. Obviously you won't get back the rest of the snakes you already unplugged, but if you get something back at all that's a win (or at least, less of a loss).

I'll give it a go, but im sure it is all "Working as intended". Been playing this game for 9 years and have never got back a pvp petition, but maybe its my lucky day.

I've had three socket closed issues in the last hour. I thought it was my ISP.

They were trying to get the power rectified (again!) at Telecity in London again last night, a good chunk of internet traffic passes through here.

Might have been the cause of one or two drops.

why would you pull implants lol? ccp would probably reimburse you so your "anti killmail" tactics would only affect you.

I have had quite a few ships reimbursed, i think ccp are pretty resonable about this sort of thing.

Last time i lost a 2bil pvp vargur due to game freezing up mid fight, luckily the guys let my hg slave set go
