Brain in a Blender: Combat Boosters

Just noticed that after using combat booster (standard exile) I good two penalties - one 20% missile explosion, second - 16% tracking. Considering that i have Neurotoxin Control trained to level 4 i was expecting both to be at 16%.

it's also worth checking if Neurotoxin Recovery skill and implants were applied properly.

I have no idea if there is ccp DEVs checking this regularly
i'm sure GM and Devs are reading here, but how to work on a post like this with enough information, yet they never answer here

if you do a ticket a GM will take charge and probably will give it to the right dev team, ticket is good for everybody (I think, all I know is how life is much better when I work and my clients open tickets for my teams, I can only imagine how it works at CCP but it can"t be that different)

Thank you for your report, I'll have a look at it a bit later. It would be awesome, if you could also send a bug report about this - you can do so by pressing F12 in the client and then "Report Bug".
