If anyone ever needs an exit or entrance to this hole (no effect C3 with a highsec D845 static), I'm willing to provide it for free.
Why?
Because I have set up planetary colonies there, but POCOs changed the owner (Polaris Space Industries, current hole inhabitants), who put a 100% tax on them. It is therefore in my interest to bring more traffic to this hole as the current inhabitants aren't being even remotely friendly to me.

You could host a,charity poco bash in there. This kind of 'event' seems popular at the moment.

keep bubble on his static and something nasty to catch his transports with fuel his towers eventualle go off and they will surrender. therefore setting poco 100% is just asking to lose them since these tax killing sense of doing industry at said planets.

spread out the hole info as much places as you can. so they get alot of content .

But maybe that's what they want to happen. I think it's probably best to leave them alone, naturally they'll get bored and leave.
