Christmas gift idea

Who else thinks it would be a fun idea if one of the major christmas gifts this year was a "gift box" or such item that gave out a random item from a selection of items? Among the random rewards could be something such as skillpoints (50k, 100k, 200k) skins, or other items. The boxes would be sellable on the market so with luck there is chance to earn a profit from buying and opening a box (if you get a good item).

Sounds like a good idea right up until the hundreds of threads claiming that one group or another gets better results from their gift boxes than others.

There will be a Christmas event like the Blood Raider one with 'a chance at some serious rewards' and a high likelihood of getting ganked if running the site in low or null. Just read about it, that's really cool. This is what the game needs more of to keep people logging in and playing. I found the blood raider event encouraging me to log in and get involved with the game a whole lot more.

this actually sounds about right. Operation frost line has a complex with a hackable can in it, we think, mayeb this will be filled with some of the rare' gifts?
