A big thank you to the people that had to work hard in the middle of the night to fix the connection problems.

Well done CCP.

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......

Indeed ccp well done i was thinking however that i got scammed no website no forum can not login .... That make me a little nervous to be honest.

And also props to the Devs and ISDs who have to monitor and interact with people on the forums. Customer service is NOT easy or rewarding.

Let's discuss overhauling the way we get intel in EvE.

my launcher broken again , there no launch button. if i wait for awhile. bunch of error "red popup" messages saying cant login to characters

manual opening .exe from bin folder seems working fine tho. but using default profiles setting :(

Thank you for you kind thoughts during a hard sleepless time Smile

Most services are now back online.

We just had a major storage outage in our centralized storage infrastructure. We had IBM storage specialists on the phone with in minutes and within the hour he was down at CCP HQ helping us out getting things back online. We opened up a case with IBM supplying them with logs for analyzes and debugging as well getting our support engineers at the data center to help out with getting things back online.

Once we were back online with the storage system we had to get the databases back online and few disks in a bad state and needed to be rebuild and fixed. We then had a fallout of services not liking loosing the database and had to give them a good kick.

We had a few developers called out to help debug what was happening and they woke up gladly to help out, even the one that had a birthday day before and his wife answered the phone at 4:00 AM Lol

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

We are also working hard these days on getting the TQ tech III hardware up and running. It will be fun time ahead for the next few months while we work on getting that up and running.

He should buy his wife the biggest bouquet of flowers he can find in Reykjavik and send the bill to CCP. Lol

In order for us to have another server upgrade in 5 years, so it'll be a Tech 4 server. You'll need to release T4 ships first, right?
