Howdy Folks,

I've tried Eve several times over the years (since 2004), but have never stuck because I've never found a good corp. Both that I remember trying (one with other gamer friends) have disintegrated. I keep getting drawn back tho because the game is awesomely complex and I think with the right home it could be extra enjoyable.

My skills are kinda all over the place I guess. I like mining, manufacturing, and playing the market. I find missions okay. I've never PVP'd really, but would like to try it. I'd really like to try EW out in some fleet/gang stuff (I've been getting bpc's and gear ready for this). I guess I'm open to pretty much whatever as long as the Corp has goals and is full of fun people. A corp that's high sec and gearing up to make a move to low sec might be perfect, but I'm flexible.

Corp will have to be real life friendly. I'm on the US Alaska TZ and I also work a weird schedule. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. That means that when I'm working, I get maybe 3-4 hours a day to play, but I usually do play every day because I'm not at home and there's nothing else to do in the Arctic but work out. Internet where I work is limited, so latency/throughput can be a challenge with VOIP, but I have a headset and so forth. When I'm off, I have all the time in the world if family stuff isn't going on. I live in paradise, so well, if my dad is visiting for the salmon run in the summer, I won't be online during that period. Hunting seasons, dual sport motorcycle trips, etc. If I'm at home, I'll be around tho. As long as the Corp is flexible with bursts of activity, I feel I can contribute and be very useful.

• I'm 33, married, and have a kid. I don't like drama and won't create any.
• Yesterday I shoveled a lot of snow.
• I generally swear a lot from my time in the Marines. I can filter if necessary.
