Seems odd to have accepted 10.3 then to not accept 10.5.

Ah well. Doesn't seem like a good way to operate.

Hi Navigation,

Appears to be some confusion - I accepted on the basis that the contracts would be done in 2 parts as per the opening post, back story is that caps are being held as collateral against a loan, I'm looking to reduce the size of the loan hence the sell off of the caps.

The 3rd party suggested the split contracts and that's how he's comfortable doing it - it's his reputation so I'm comfortable with that.

I took you evemail, below, to mean you were not comfortable with the approach and followed your request not to bother you further

realy cant see the problem if u put 2 splited contracts with 8.5b and 2b i consider it as a good price.
And also cant understand why do you need third party.
