Budget is around 23-25b but flexible depending on specific requirements met. Not in a rush to buy.

Wanted / Valued skills:

• Good Shield/Armor Skills, V's are priority on Hull Upgrades, Mechanics, Repair Systems, Shield Upgrades/Compensation/Management/Operation, as well as Tactical Shield Manipulation IV.
• Great Core/Navigation skills.
• Good Missile/Projectile/Hybrid skills as well as relevant Support skills, Energy weapon skills are secondary but appreciated
• Good Drone skills (Light/Medium/Heavy and drone support skills mostly to IV/V, Sentry can be IV, V valued)
• Long Range Targeting/Signature Analysis/Target Management V, Advanced Targed Management appreciated to IV. Relevant Sensor Compensation skills to III/IV
• Propulsion Jamming V, Cloaking IV, other Electronic Systems skills appreciated to IV or V
• Cybernetics/Infomorph Psychology IV
• Caldari/Minmatar ships up to BS needed, Gallente Destroyer/Cruiser/Battleship IV/V valued, Amarr Destroyer/Cruiser V valued but not a priority
• Other relevant skills for T2/T3 ships - Ceptors/Elec. Attack/AF/CovOps, T3Ds and Dictors, HACs&Subsystems, Hictor/Recon and/or BlOps. - Marauders optional but valued
• Minmatar Command Ships (and relevant Leadership skills) are a huge plus
• Logistics skills are appreciated as well, good Scimitar/Basilisk skills go a long way but are valued less than the combat skills listed

The list is rather long because I'm not assuming I'll find a perfect pilot with everything I want on it, therefore I'll be looking for the one that fills the most requirements possible within the SP range and, of course, within my budget.
