All in all an ISK machine for PVE and more than capable of PVP in the right hands. Can fulfill any Incursion role with top calibur dmg. Having all 4 faction BS the pirate faction ships make him ungodly in Incursions, or you can logi if that's your thing. Run Incursions or Lvl IV's while you invest in the market at super low fees and tax rates, keep your PI commodities rolling in and use all that ISK to bling your PVP ships.
