Prototype Cerebral Accelerator makes skill training longer?

Hey, I just started the game and used the Prototype Cerebral Accelerator that I got when I made the account, however once I did my skill queue changed from 18 days to 21 days, I totally misread the Wiki I thought boosting all attributes would make skill training go faster not slower so how do I remove it so I can go back to original training speed?

Boosting all attributes DOES make skills go faster, not slower, so something is going on; either you're seeing a bug, or you've switched skills / remapped attributes too, or it's not working for whatever reason. Most of these accelerators are set up to work for so many days from when the character was created, NOT from when you plug it in.

EDIT: petition to have the GMs look into it.

Looks like it was/is a bug, judging by this General Discussion thread.
