I don't know what to say in general but i can write down my preferences.

Drone support skills -> 4, other ones are acceptable
Engineering skills are very good but not necessary for me.
Cybernetics -> lvl4 should be a no-bariner, short training time +4 set of learning implants are cheap(set is around 1 hundred)
Resource Processing - Arkonor Bistot Croktie Deepcore Mercoxit processing, Ice processing, Gas harvesting -> lvl5 is critical for me
Spaceship command - exhumers 5, exp frigate 4-5 still critical
Shields - resists should be lvl4, short training time

Planet Management i will not use them but still okay
Science is useless to me at these levels if i plan to build a scientist from this char i have to train him for 6 months (minimum)
Booster skills are useless at these levels

that said i have to spend 4-6B more and wait few months to train those critical skills to satisfy my needs(whitout additional remaps uhh ). So 5.8B is my offer

Hey thanks for your feedback, ill update her skills and get her training into those skills i never even noticed the shields thanks for pointing that out.

since ive spent this much time on her i feel like its a waste to get rid of her for that amount, think ill just take her of sale and update her skills.
