Refer to my original post in which the starting bid is listed as 40bil, which you offered 5bil below. Similar characters of this SP level have gone for over 40bil hence my starting point. This character has several high-grade implant sets, a solid name, as well as a very focused combat orientated skill set therefore the price points listed in my OP.
