[WTB] Minimal Loki Boosting Char

Hello,

I am looking for, as the title says, a minimal loki boosting char. The char needs to be able to fly a boosting loki and be able to use T2 Siege, Skirmish and Armored warefare links. It does NOT need to have WC5, FC5, BC5 for any race or anything fancy: this is a perfect opportunity to sell a half-baked toon. I just need it to sit and boost PVE.

    A tengu would work as well, however that pilot cannot fly a tengu :(. Otherwise, he looks good, but unfortunately hes pretty far off from a tengu.
