So here is the layout of everything gleaned from the 3 lotto's Bob Cosmic (and cohorts) and of those 3 lottos totalling 38.9 billion in scammed isk, 1 was a multiple choice lotto so 5 in total. The reason I have this information is because this guy was stupid enough to actually put his toon up on the market in Char Bazaar after perpetrating the loss (probably because his alts are so hopelessly addicted to gambling sites themselves that they have already burned the ISK) so I bought the character and so have access to the complete wallet history.
Basically, Bob Cosmic introduced himself as a lottery runner using Somerset Mahm's 3rd party service to garner credibility and then pushed heavily into the Legit Trading Channel having met the prerequisite number of lotteries.
He then posted 3 lottos almost simultaneously for a Nyx BPO, 10 pirate battleships and one of mixed prizes in a "Choose your flavor" 3 in 1 type.
When I say "almost simultaneously" I mean the 3 in 1 lotto completed ticket sales and the Nyx BPO Lotto was well under way when Bob reported the "death of his father" as the reason he had not drawn the 3 in 1 lotto. I was completely confused when he then found the time to start and regularly promote the Pirate Lotto despite being grief stricken and unable to nlock the dice on a lotto already completed. From this we draw the supposed "Death" as a way to garner sympathy needed to extend the timer on the other lottos and cream as much isk before the bang. Low and behold, to all our surprise the original "Somer Secured" part of all the OP's was edited out (which, in fairness, we all missed).
So now to the fallout. 38.9 billion in total isk gone because Bob Cosmic can't be found. A completely fabricated (my opinion sue me! but i have the wallet activity so I know just how really grief stricken he was) death of a close relative which now puts him beneath the lowest kind of scum you can scrape off a boot in Jita CNAP.

So what happened to all the isk? Simple, every time money came in money went out again to one particular character. But wait it gets worse ............ dig deeper into the wallet transactions and here is what you find. Main lottery players sending isk to Bob Cosmic with the right reason code so that the API picks it up and assigns the tickets to that character and then IMMEDIATELY sent back to that character for the exact same amount. So now we have a scumbag who creates his own fathers death, rigs his own lotteries, uses Somer's good name to leverage himself into credibility. Posts the new lottos as Somer Secured then edits the line out (either because Somer found it and questioned it or before she did) and then rigs the lottos by getting what now look like alts to send in the isk, praise the lotto on the forums and get the isk back immediately.

But then is soooo insanely stupid or broke or both that he then auctions the character off forgetting or not even knowing that the wallet transactions transfer with them.

Time to name names in post 2 ..............................

Yep it's only a game and in reality we didn't lose a lot of isk in comparison to eve earnings but a lot of players who probably don't have the kind of disposable isk the larger players do got hit as well (should they have been playing? That's a question for another topic i guess).
The good news is that the number of corps willing to do extended empire, null and WH ship and pod ganks on specific targets has risen commensurately with the number of lotto scammers.
I look forward to receiving the multiple KM's and finally seeing the toons don't exist because the only way out was biomass

These two statements are in contradiction with each other Jackass! If I had you talked you into dropping Somer as a 3rd party (which I didn't) then you can't have planned (note spelling not planed) it way ahead of time and before meeting me.

Facts stand as they are, you made off with a lot of peoples money in a scam so well done (Not sure how scams actually admitted to and run in the forums stand up as far as EULA. I thought there was an "only in game" type clause but I guess we'll see)

You created your own father's death as well which I salute you for because I'm not sure I've ever seen anybody willing to sink that low but that's the great thing about EvE ..... someone is always lowering the bar.

You may want to check your own spelling and grammar when pointing out the spelling and grammar mistakes of someone else's post.
