Does CCP have any intention of making public in game reimbursements on a monthly or quarterly basis? This has always been an area ripe with speculation mixed with hard fact on favouritism in game for pet players & corporations.

CCP please end the pet player program & publish reimbursements for review by the player base so this game can shed its shady & corrupt nature attracting new players. I have reported a few very unfair reimbursements within my alliance through out my game years to no avail, this has included previous CSM members simply being gifted in game items for no other reason than being used to attack 'nobody' alliances ect.

A transparent reimbursement system could only make this game a stronger healthier place to play, sport & internet space king :)

OR we can end the age of entitlement and get rid of reimbursements altogether again.

Let's make EVE the cold harsh dark place where space pilots die of randomness and natural causes as much as other by direct action of other spaceship pilots.

Come on, a little more, a little more... drop it right there! Yeah, I know it's a lot of tin foil... But it's going to be a really big freaking hat! Lol

Civil discourse is uniquely human. After all, when is the last time a pride of lions and a herd of water buffalo negotiated SOV over a watering hole? Never. Someone either gets their ass kicked or eaten. At the end of the day someone holds SOV.

I love when people breezily drop vague allegations of an extremely serious nature, worded as if it's something we should all know about and take for granted.

Then the tin hats would just claim the figures aren't accurate.

Like, what do you expect that to prove in any sense? People who want to think there's a conspiracy are not going to be swayed one way or the other by the truth, since the only thing they believe is their own screwed up view of things.

That is exactly what the op asked for

And ships that sail the sea

Exactly, why would people not want a transparent reimbursement system? Well there is only one logical answer to that, they are in recipt of unfair reimbursements.

As to precise incidents I am privy to I shall ask CCP & ISD here if it is acceptable to publish the incidents that I have reported? I know it is bannable to publish in game moderation response but is it against rules to publish the initial report?

I have records of an incident where a CCP dev gave out ships to a member of the community (non CSM) this year which I reported & CCP responded to. Another incident I reported many years ago involved a CSM member whelping a fleet which for no obvious reason other than his incompetence was reimbursed. These reimbursements are not only related to ship losses I've seen corp wallets which have been bombed against the market in stupid decimal errors reimbursed before too.

The fact of the matter is that it is well known that the reimbursement system is being abused so transparency & community review is needed to stop CCP from continuing the trivial nature of reimbursing billions of assets to friends in game while denying the exact same circumstance to others who are not pet players or in pet corps.

How does it feel to fight against corp/allinces/players when you know every dent you put into them is being patched up by corrupt CCP reimbursements?

I will wait for ISD or CCP permission to post specific incidents here, I'll give them a few days so I have fair warning not to or permission to do so, that way if I receive no response & I'm banned I will have good ground to stand on in my complaint via the community.

why should players be able to deceide what ccp should reimburse and what they shouldnt, what information do players have that ccp doesnt in relation to server issues etc?

No i dont support this because if i lose a ship why should you be able to have an opinion on what happened, it just makes you look nosey and trying to look like someone important

Its called transparency & yes I do have opinions on your losses because I play this game & thus can form opinions on them whether they are correct or incorrect. We may have to refer to CCP's final judgement on matters but we can sure as hell reach a view on them, well unless they are done completely behind closed doors in that case we can only assume the worst.

CCP is using the reimbursement system to prop up pet corps & alliances, this is the only sensible conclusion from the lack of transparency & the fact that moderation is not to be discussed. I was once in a pet corp with our leader on the CSM. If I'm wrong I call on CCP to provide transparent reimbursement logs & to publish them quarterly or monthly for player review.

thats all you can have is an opinion, an opinion from someone who has no idea about anything, only people this should concern is the user and ccp because only they know what happened, basically mind your own business.

Its not transparency its merely adding more problems without providing a solution

CCP controls the game not the players

I have petition communications about a CCP employee breaking ELUA he was able to do so via the reimbursement system & its lack of transparency. CCP is aware of this incident it has been dealt with, if given permission I will publish it.

This is not assumption it is fact, I call on CCP to publish ALL reimbursements for community review. I'd even give CCP a chance and say set a date from that point on all reimbursements become public so no more abusing it. CCP & EVE get a lot cleaner thus attracting new players who are not willing to fight the good fight against CCP pets.

or

CCP can continue to keep reimbursements hidden and abuse the system as is the norm. Some current CSM input is welcome in this matter too, please put your cards on the deck gentlemen.

CCP has an Internal Affairs department to submit your supposed "proof" to, where the matter can be properly and fairly investigated (with ALL of the facts available including server logs). If a bad call was made, or if favoritism occurred, they will deal with it as they have demonstrably always done.

Confidential interactions between CCP and individual players are a private matter, and none of your business. This is the same as in any game you may care to mention, and any information concerning misdeeds or reimbursements you may receive are also protected in this manner.

If you have submitted your "proof" to IA and the matter was investigated and dropped, then simply put you didn't have all of the facts... and are irritated that the decision didn't go as you wished.

If you haven't taken this step, then you are wasting our time. You are not entitled to be privy to private matters concerning other player accounts. It's akin to me saying I have a right to know if YOU have ever been late making a payment, ran a market scam, or ever received a temp ban for botting... CCP won't discuss your private business with me because it's none of my business. Privacy is an important issue in any business, let alone one rely's heavily on online interactions.

If a "situation" occurred and it has been dealt with, then obviously there is no need to open the door to serious privacy concerns by changing their policy.

Interesting though, earlier you indicated that you reported something and it was ignored. Smile

Yeah, why on earth would people object to having someone read all their email, if they've got nothing to hide..
