So - Just spent like that last 20 minutes trying to figure out how to copy over settings...

The Migration tool helps only with the main client - from what I can tell it doesn't support clone setting transfer.

To make this easy -

1: Start up all clients. . . then close all clients
2: This create the new folder in your system library for the settings.
3: From finder - hold down Alt/Option and click Go in the menu bar >> click Library
4: Open Application Support folder
5: Open the the Folder EVE Online > p_drive > Local Settings > Application Data > EVE >
6: You will see to folders (depending on how you sort it at the tope) c_program...tranq (this is the old storage location for your settings. And another folder that is c_tq_##.###.##.###, which is the new location.
7: If you have created additional settings groups or started up your clients you will see "settings_******" in the c_tq_## folder.
8: On the second window - navigate each of your clone folders (back in the application support section) to the settings. Then just copy and paste over to the new settings folder in the new c_tq folder.

Hope this makes sense. This should fix the issue tell CCP has the launcher pulling settings from clone clients as well as the main.
Or if someone figures out an easier way!

More feedback!

Pros -
1: I love it - after adding accounts (says that it is insecure), launching and quitting have been flawless.
2: Access to the other servers (haven't yet launched them, but will test later with more details)

Cons -
1: Information in the window is bunched up. Default window size needs to be bigger - or just to much info long the bottom.
2: Importing settings - needs to be looked at for importing cloned clients.

edit:
The shared cache verify - if used while playing, lags the client (probably need to not allow this to be verified while clients are running)
Aslo, if you cancel it - it froze my launcher.

The launcher still needs quite a bit of polish - I preferred getting it out there quickly to get feedback.

I'll see what I can do to discover clones and their settings, that's a good point.

That launches however it launches to a black screen with no resources loading. Can access escape screen.

I tried the launcher again at 3:50 Pacific (UT -8) it downloaded two files (about 15 mb) but when I tried it I got the same message:

Verification Failure.

I restarted and tried again. Launcher indicated it was getting two files (although there was no progress bar) same result.

Verification failure same two files missing.

More feed back -

Sisi test server - changing over and copying settings from working TQ build to Sisi where easy. Client launched with out any known issues (besides ones I remember from Sisi server last time I got on the old fashion way), didn't do any farther testing as I don't think the new Cider Build is up for testing yet.

Launcher - already talked about how bunched up everything is - this issue I can work around by using the green + sign in the top left (goes max window size - don't do full screen).
In the menu bar there where a few fun options - don't remember which one it was, but gave us the option for release, beta, development versions (I assume) of the launcher.
There was something else, but I just had a brain fart and forgot.

I will return in the morning and edit my post as needed - including the settings work around, with pictures.
