Please be aware that you cannot make false claims on the character bazaar.
Neither your scanning nor missile skillsets are perfect.

While I am sorry for your problem but when I put perfect scanning I was implying probe scanning not the entire scan tree, as well as in scan tree only skill not train to 5 is for probing moons for resources.

And on missile skills I thought I put HM/HAM must have forgotten.

Like Angelo said, its not perfect but close to it.
I am willing to pay you 14B now, isk is in the wallet.
There might be a possibility to negotiate it a bit but only ingame.
