Force auxiliaries AOE module

With so many AOE weapons planned for the citadel release . I was wondering if the Force auxiliaries can be given something like a "Battery Purge" which gives X amount of HP/Cap with AOE around a 2~3km radius around the FAUX whilst draining the FAUX completely of cap under triage ofcourse.
