Black Screen on login - can't select character

CCP, when are you going to action my ticket??? Was logged 4 hours ago and still no response.

Customer Service is lacking.......

I got that then just x'd out and tried again and it loaded.

Yeah tried that, tried clearing cache. No joy.

Received an email from EVE Help Centre that told me to log into my character and cancel my skill queue temporarily then log out then back in and that would fix it!!! That was 8 hours ago!

WTF??? How do I do that if I can't log the character in???

Not happy with the lack of support........

Check your email. I got a mass one regarding it a few hours ago.

Has details on replies and such. I'm guessing they're a bit swamped atm.

I have the same issue... submitted a ticket over 12 hours ago, still no answer from CCP :(

Hi guys, a corp mate of mine had the same problem on one of his accounts. CCP fixed it for him. Apparently it is due to a skill queue disparity between the client and the server. Considering the recent spat of these incidents, the most likely cause is use of the new blood raider boosters.

The current delays may be caused by an unexpected increase in these incidents, consuming staff time.

Black screen on login - you've got to create at least one character before you can play the game :rolleyes:

Please have some patience while waiting for a Support Ticket response. I recommend you post your technical issue over in the Issues, Workarounds & Localization board. Include exactly whats going on and a friendly member of the EVE community may possibly have an answer for you in the mean time.
