After thinking about it for a long time I decided to put this character for sale.
This character is a missile/pvp specialist.

I've used him for pvp, both solo and fleet.
He can take drugs, he can use T2 fits, and he can fly a proper Tengu with 2% less than max dps.

Can also use the Amarr HAC in case you prefer armor for whatever reason!
Caldari BS @ 5 for PVE/ratting in those, all good.
Ceptors/Recon/SB capable
